Products
Yes, we have ready stock of many of the products and colors listed on the website. These are unisex sizes (slightly large). At the moment, we mainly have ready stock of black, white, navy and grey color products. In 180 gsm and 220 gsm T shirts we have 12 colors available.
We also have ready stock of premium fabric like Single Jersey, French Terry and Fleece in black, white, grey and navy colors in Dubai.
However, not all colors and all products are available at all times. We are continuously expanding our product and color range to be available in ready stock. Whatsapp us or send us an email and we will get back to you.However, we advise you to please buy a sample and test it before printing. Only then go for bulk order.

At the moment, we do not have ready stock of kids and ladies T shirts. Since we have the fabric available, we can make the products in your required size chart. However, the MOQ is high.In case of bulk orders, we can get it made from India or Bangladesh and bring. Lead time is 3 months after order confirmation.Soon, we will be keeping stock of 180 GSM 100% cotton T shirts for kids and ladies.
Yes, we have a wide selection of ready products and fabric made from 100% cotton and 100% organic cotton: Single Jersey 180 gsm 220 gsm and French Terry. Other products can be sourced for regular clients if the MOQ is met. Sourcing time is 4-6 months after the payment and approvals are received.
The Cloth Craft specializes in fine combed cotton fabrics, which are designed specifically to screenprint better than basic carded or uncombed cotton. Producing combed cotton garments is a more specialized process and The Cloth Craft is all about providing the very best blank canvases on which you can print your ideas.However, we advise you to please buy a sample and test it before printing. Only then go for bulk order.

Only then go for bulk order.Customization is done only for regular customers who buy in bulk.Only in some cases we can on customized products from the fabric and colors available with us. There is a high MOQ for customization and the cost of customization is high.For sample also, there is a high cost payable 100% in advance and timeline for samples is 4-6 weeks after payment and all confirmations. All confirmations and instructions to be provided by client in writing. No refund of advance paid for sample even if the client decides not to proceed with samples.For customization, minimum 50% advance payment has to be made of the entire order.
The timelines are 4-8 weeks for production and delivery after the advance payment has been received and after all written approvals on email.
Yes, we do sell fabrics and have ready stock of various qualities of fabrics. For the quality of fabric available, refer to our Fabrics section.

If you are looking to have product branded we recommend speaking to your local printer/embroider, merchandise, uniform or promotional supplier to arrange fulfilment and decoration.

Placing Orders
Yes, at The Cloth Craft we have minimums for even the ready products. We supply in wholesale and for retail quantity, we encourage you to check with your local printers who might be keeping our products.
You can easily place order by Whatsapp or email.
You can pay via cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. The delivery of the products will be done only after clearance of cheque / receipt of funds. P
No we don not have policy for free samples.Samples are to be purchased like normal orders (you can order on Whatsapp) and are usually of high cost. Please check the samples while taking delivery.
You cannot return or exchange or refund the samples under any circumstances whatsoever.
We generally reply all Whatsapp messages and Emails within 48-96 hours of receiving the same.

Shipping
You can order on Whatsapp. You can pick up the orders from our office in Dubai or have it delivered to you. The shipping cost is be borne by the customer and will be included in the invoice.

In ready products there is No Return, No refund and No exchange once the delivery is taken. The goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition. No Return, No exchange or No refund will be entertained once the goods are delivered.
- In case you have purchased customized goods from us, any issue with the product has to be notified to us on email within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The email should contain all detailed description of the defect, giving the number of pieces that have defect and photos of the defect. If no notice to is given within 7 calendar days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
- It does not constitute a defect if the variation from size chart of upto 1.5 inches and unless it is a major defect in fabric or in printing or embroidery. Our decision will be final and binding on the buyer in case of deciding if there is defect in the product or not. It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion if a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- The client is responsible for the shipping costs to return garments to us.
- The Company is not liable to contribute to any screen-printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Goods that are used in any manner (including for photo shoot or on social media or on your website), printed, embroidered, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable. For this reason we highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them directly sent to your printer.
- Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip. Once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods in any circumstances.
- If we were given written notice on email within 7 Calendar days and all the above conditions have been met and if we agree that there was a defect in certain pieces, we will make our best efforts to rectify the defect. It might take 4-8 weeks to rectify the defects.By agreeing to work with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Policies.
