We have ready stock in various colors of premium T Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Joggers and Shorts available in Dubai. We also have ready stock of premium fabric like Single Jersey, French Terry and Fleece in various colors in Dubai.

However, there could be situations where the color might not be available. We are continuously expanding our product and color range to be available in ready stock. Whatsapp us or send us an email and we will get back to you.

Yes, we have a wide selection of ready products made from 100% cotton, 100% organic cotton and recycled cotton. We also have fabrics made of eco-friendly material: Single Jersey, French Terry, Fleece made of 100% cotton, 100% organic cotton and recycled cotton.

The Cloth Craft specializes in fine combed cotton fabrics, which are designed specifically to screenprint better than basic carded or uncombed cotton. Producing combed cotton garments is a more specialized process and The Cloth Craft is all about providing the very best blank canvases on which you can print your ideas.

Yes, we can work on customized fabric, styles and colors specifically for you provided the minimum qty is 100 pcs of any product. For customization, the timelines can be longer: few weeks for sampling / approvals and 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

Yes, we do sell fabrics and have ready stock of various qualities of fabrics. For the quality of fabric available, refer to our Fabrics section.

We also can supply customized fabric based on customer needs provided the minimum qty is 200kgs pcs of any new fabrics. For customization, the timelines can be longer: few weeks for sampling / approvals and 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

Yes, we have products made of sustainable fabric (made of recycled PET bottles).

If you are looking to have product branded we recommend speaking to your local printer/embroider, merchandise, uniform or promotional supplier to arrange fulfilment and decoration.

Yes, We offer a relabelling service; however you must supply your own labels.

Products are available on our website and on display in the retail store within the warehouse.

We generally source most of our products and fabrics from India, China and Bangladesh. We work with reliable suppliers from past many years to give consistent quality to our customers.

Placing Orders

No, at The Cloth Craft we have no minimums for the products listed on our website!

You can easily place order by Whatsapp or email.

You can pay via cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. The delivery of the products will be done only after clearance of cheque / receipt of funds.

Samples are to be purchased like normal orders (you can order on Whatsapp) You can return the samples if unworn and in resalable condition within 7 days of purchase. Please see our Returns section.

We generally reply all Whatsapp messages and Emails within 24-48 hours of receiving the same.

You can send us a whatsapp message giving the style number and color you are looking for and we will send you the inventory details.

We are working to enhance your experience and we will have live inventory levels displayed on our website in the next few months.

Yes, you can pick up the orders from our warehouse in Dubai.

Yes, the products can be delivered across the UAE. The shipping cost is be borne by the customer and will be included in the invoice.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit.

  • All returns must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • You are entitled to choose an exchange, repair, refund or credit if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, is unsafe or faulty.
  • If no notice to is given within 7 days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
  • It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion if a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
  • Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
  • Unless faulty, you're responsible for the shipping costs to return garments to us.
  • The Cloth Craft is not liable to contribute to any screen-printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable. For this reason we highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them directly sent to your printer.
  • Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.
